Volunteer Protocol
Regarding volunteer protocols, the swim team involves the whole family and we cannot successfully run a meet without the help of each and everyone of you. In order to meet the volunteer requirements, at least one family member must volunteer one 2 hour session at all six meets (one mock meet and 5 swim meets). In addition, if you have a child in the 6 & under, 7/8 or 9/10 age group, you must volunteer to be a bullpen manager at least once during the season.
**Volunteer Protocol for 2026**
In an effort to ensure that the work is being evenly distributed amongst our families we are now incorporating a new non-volunteer penalty fee of $100 that will be assessed after each meet if you fail to volunteer. Penalty fees will accrue throughout the season and total penalty fee will be charged at the end of the season on June 26, 2026. Total penalty fee will not exceed $500 for the season.
