Practice Schedule
PRACTICES: Practices divide swimmers by age and, later into the season, on ability. Age groups for practices include:
6 & Under, 7-8, 9-10, 11 & Up.
Swimmers may be using kick boards, practicing strokes, perfecting dives or "flip turns" or doing a series of other conditioning exercises during practice. The summer 2026 practice schedule is as follows.

Mon thru Fri Weekly, May 4 - May 20:
6 & Under: 4:30-5:00 pm
7- 8s: 5:00 - 5:30 pm
9 - 10s: 5:30-6:00 pm
11 & Up: 6:00-6:45 pm
Morning Practice Starts Tuesday May 26
Mon thru Thu, May 26 - June 24:
6 & Under: 8:00-8:30 am
7 - 8s: 8:30-9:15 am
9 - 10s: 9:15-10:00 am
11 & Up: 10:00-10:45 am
(Limited afternoon make-up practice options also available for those who cannot attend morning practice due to work schedule and/or camps). 7 - 8s: 5:30-6:00 pm 9 & Up: 6:00-6:30 p
